*Please note that due to the time-sensitive nature of our product, the minimum requirement for each delivery is 5 units. Orders with fewer than 5 units will be canceled.

 

Shipment Consolidation

We're more than happy to combine multiple weeks of food into a single shipment for our meal plan subscribers. This is a great way to save on shipping costs and materials, and may even qualify you for a shipping discount (depending on the amount shipped and shipping distance.)

If you'd like to do this, please add the following to Delivery Instructions when checking out: 

"I'd like to receive N weeks per shipment."

Local Delivery

 

Free local delivery is available for most Boulder, CO residents. Deliveries are usually made from 1-5 PM on Mondays. We will contact you via text message at the phone number you provide at checkout to notify you of delivery.

Shipping to P.O. boxes  

Unfortunately, we will NOT be able to ship or deliver to P.O. boxes. 

 

 

Order Processing 

 

  • All of our food is made to order, please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • We ship our meals frozen, using an insulated box packed with ice packs and/or dry ice. The food may arrive partially thawed, but as long as the pouches are cold to the touch, they’re all safe to eat. Refrigerate the pouches that you'll be serving soon, and place the rest in the freezer. Thaw pouches the night before serving.
  • Newly placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. 
  • If you need any changes to your order, please contact us immediately at hello@milkpetfoods.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. 

 

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@milkpetfoods.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
